We offer exchange, store credit or refund back to original form of payment for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and/or box or bag, and are in original condition (Excludes clearance, custom jewelry, and bath & body). Item(s) needs to be shipped back to us within 30 days after the day they have been shipped to you.

 

Easy Return Options

Didn’t like the fit or color of your item(s)? We offer free exchanges! Simply select the replacement size and color while processing your exchange, as long as we have the inventory in stock of the item(s). Go to the return location the same day you initiate an exchange to ensure your new order has the inventory in stock. If your exchange order sells out of stock before your return package is processed we will issue you a refund instead.

We are happy to offer FREE RETURNS! Select eGift card when processing your return for a free return. This will remove the shipping fee from your return! Simply drop your item(s) off at our store, a Happy Return bar, or send them back with a prepaid shipping label.

We offer easy refunds to the original payment method. Use the button above to initiate a refund, and follow the directions it gives on how to return it. Depending on the return method selected there will be a shipping fee deducted from the refund total. Returning to a Love Olive Co store is Free, Happy Return Bar is $5 per return, and a Prepaid Return Shipping label is $8 per return.



Return Methods

To return/exchange for FREE in store please bring in the item(s) you are wanting to return/exchange (in new condition as outlined in our return policy) to one of our stores, and the invoice. You can receive either a gift card, exchange it for another item in the store, or receive it back to your original form of payment.

You can drop off your return at any of the thousands of Happy Return Bar locations near you! Just bring in the item(s) to return, and the QR code you will receive after processing your return/exchange (click here). No packaging is needed when you go to the Happy Return Bar. Your QR code will be emailed to you. Once they scan your QR code that will complete your return/exchange. We will then send you an email confirmation. Selecting this return method as a refund has a $5.00 shipping fee and will be deducted from your refund total. Find your closest Happy Return bar locations here.

We are happy to initiate a return using a traditional return label. Simply start the return process and a label will be sent to you via email. Please take the return package to the post office or Fedex location nearest you the same day. Once we receive your return and the item(s) have been inspected a refund will be issued. Our prepaid shipping labels are a flat rate of $8.00 for orders receiving a refund. This will be deducted from your return total. Click here to start a return/exchange.

At this time our website isn't able to create International return shipping labels. If you are needing to return a product to us from outside the USA please ship the item(s) you are wanting to exchange/return, and the original invoice (or copy of it) to:

Holiday Return / Exchange Policy

Our holiday return policy is November 16th, 2021 to January 9th, 2022.
Any purchases made from November 16th, 2021 to December 10th, 2021 can be returned up until January 9th, 2021. Purchases made December 11th, 2021 and on will follow our normal return policy.


Return / Exchange Policy

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the date they were shipped out.

Items that show any sign of wear, have a perfume smell, traces of animal hair, or are marked by makeup are not valid to return and no refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued. Swimwear must have the protective liner in place, and not tampered with. Shoes must have the original shoebox intact and unaltered. The shoebox cannot be used for packaging back. Tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued. All clearance (sale tab), custom jewelry, and bath & body items are final sale. Please do not ship these items back, as they are not exchangeable! For any exceptions to our policy please contact our customer service team.

If you pay for shipping (to or from us), we are not able to refund or issue a gift card for shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policies please see our FAQ's page. Items purchased with a coupon will be exchanged for the total price paid (this will exclude the coupon or discount applied to your purchase). Discounts or coupons cannot be transferred to another purchase.

A return that has an item not within the return policy will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee and no refund will be given for the product outside the return policy.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the item(s). If items are in returnable condition we will process the refund to the original form of payment. This will be equal to the price of the return item(s), less any coupons (if used), plus sales tax (if paid), less the cost of the return shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.

eGift card refunds will receive an email that contains the gift card code. The amount of the gift card will be equal to the price of the return item(s), less any coupons (if used), plus sales tax (if paid). The amount on the gift card is available as soon as you receive it in the email from us. The gift cards cannot be refilled and don’t have an expiration date.
