When will my order arrive?
We Offer FREE US Shipping for orders over $85!
We typically process orders in 1-5 business days. Please allow additional time during sales and holidays. Shipping times will vary depending on where you live.
We ship through USPS with tracking on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Please double check your address before completing your purchase. We want to make sure you receive your order. If your address was incorrect at checkout and we have not shipped out your clothing please contact us (call 208-356-9874) so we can have it shipped to the correct address for you.
If you pay for shipping, we are not able to refund or issue store credit for shipping charges.
Did you give us the wrong address?
If your shipping address was entered incorrectly during the checkout process and the package has been shipped, Love Olive Co cannot cover any claims on the package if it is lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team using the form on this page or sending an email to service@loveoliveco.com to see if an address change is available for an additional fee.
If the package has not been shipped, contact us immediately at service@loveoliveco.com with the subject line: URGENT SHIPPING CHANGE. Please include your order number and correct shipping address in the body of the email.
Did you choose "Pick-Up In Store" for your shipping option?
This may be the reason you haven't received your package in the mail. When choosing this option for shipping you will need to pickup your purchase in-store.
If you want your purchase shipped to you instead of picking up in the store please call us at 208-356-9874 or send us an email using the contact form to let us know you wanted your purchase shipped instead of picked up. Please have your order number handy if calling.
Do you want your purchase picked-up instead of shipped?
Not a problem either, as long as we haven't already shipped it. If you notice this is the case please inform us as soon as possible by phone (208-356-9874), or through the contact form. If it has already been shipped fortunately it will only take a couple extra days to receive your purchase.
Store Pick-Up Transit Time?
Orders wanting picked up in the Rexburg or Idaho Falls stores are usually available for pick up within 1-5 business days.
With either pickup location you will receive a call from our store once your order has arrived and is ready for you to pick up.
Returned Package?
If a package is returned to Love Olive Co, due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you. A shipping charge for sending the product out a second time will be charged.
Track Your Package?
After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number in an email. It will also be visible by logging into your account on our website, then click on your order. If you need to track your package please go to the USPS website by clicking here!
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary based on the shipping destination and shipping speed. Shipping speeds range from 3-21 days. Please allow for 3-4 additional days for processing your order. If there are customs and/or duties to be paid; they are separate from any shipping charges that Love Olive Co collected and will need to be paid by the customer.
Change/Cancel Order
Please reach out to us as soon as possible (208-356-9874, or the contact form). We want to ship orders as fast as possible, so we may not be able to change/cancel your order. If we have processed your order, it will need to be shipped back as a normal exchange. Please see our exchange policy page for details.
If there is a shortage of product for your order we will reach out to you and let you know about it. This doesn't happen very often.
Purchased shipping protection?
- We strive to ensure your package gets to you in excellent condition. We offer shipping protection to help with this process.
By offering shipping protection we are able to help protect our customers packages from factors out of our control such as lost, stolen or damaged packages during the shipping process. If your order qualifies for shipping protection there will be an option at checkout to select this service. You can also de-select this at checkout as well. Please note if you do not select this service at checkout you have opted out and do not qualify to be compensated for lost, stolen or damaged orders.
Claims for all lost, stolen, and damaged packages must be reported within 10 business days from when the tracking states "delivered" or from the last time the tracking updated. If there is a problem with your package and you wish to submit a claim, you need to wait at least 5 business days. Our team will then issue compensation within 5 business days. NOTE: Original shipping charges are ineligible for a refund.
If you did not purchase shipping protection with your order please reach out to your local post office. You can look up their number by going to this website HERE.
Lost, missing or stolen package?
- Please wait 5 business days from when your tracking says delivered before taking action. Often our customers are able to locate their packages during this time.
- For lost, missing, or stolen packages, please check your front, back, and side doors, porches, garage area, mailbox, and bushes to ensure the package is not nearby but out of sight.
- Please ask your neighbors, your household or any others who could of received it for you.
- If you are still unable to locate your package after following the above steps, please fill out this shipping protection form.
- After you have submitted the form keep an eye out for an email from our customer service team, they will help compensate you.
Damaged package?
- Please fill out all of the information fields on this form.
- After you have submitted the form, keep an eye out for an email from a customer success representative, they will reach out about compensation.
Is it too late for me to make a claim?
Claims for all damaged, lost, and stolen packages must be reported within 10 business days from when the tracking states "delivered" or from the last time the tracking number was updated. Please note that original shipping charges are ineligible for a refund.
Didn't want shipping protection?
If you didn’t want to purchase the protection and the package has not shipped, Love Olive Co will refund the shipping protection fee. However, once the protection has been removed, Love Olive Co will no longer be able to cover any claims on your package if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to remove and refund the shipping protection.
How do I take care of my custom jewelry?
Your custom jewelry will maintain its shine and will resist tarnish, but following these best practices will lengthen the life of your custom jewelry.
Regularly clean your jewelry using warm, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Pat dry. DO NOT rub.
Use the micro abrasive polishing cloth provided to remove any tarnish or oxidation.
Remove jewelry during intense physical activities. This may even include shopping at times.
Remove jewelry when using chemicals: shampoos, harsh soaps, lotions, makeup, hairspray, etc.
Avoid prolonged exposure in a pool, spa, etc.
Avoid abrasive materials like a terry cloth, bath towel, and shirt to polish your jewelry.
Store in an air-tight and sealed bag or area for your custom jewelry's longest life.
If properly cared for, your custom jewelry can last for years.
Was your size out of stock?
We do our best to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out fast. We are not able to restock everything. If you are wanting to see an item restocked please send us an email through the contact form on this page. Please check the Restocks tab to see if you favorite items have been restocked.
