Customer Service Associate:

We are looking for a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located at our warehouse in the Greater Idaho Falls area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks which include answering customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, taking orders, processing returns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and handling administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Experience with retail operations and sales is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree or coursework is preferred
