Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing Love Olive Co.’s social media presence across all major platforms. This role blends content strategy, operational organization, and hands-on content execution to ensure content is planned, produced, scheduled, and published consistently in alignment with company campaigns, product launches, and marketing priorities.
This role serves as the operational engine behind social media by maintaining organized systems, coordinating content workflows, supporting creators and store teams, and ensuring the company maintains a consistent, high-quality brand presence online.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage Love Olive Co.’s social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Build weekly and monthly content plans aligned with promotions, launches, sales events, and company priorities while maintaining systems that improve organization, communication, and long-term scalability. Track deliverables, organize incoming content, and help maintain systems that keep the department operating proactively and efficiently while coordinating and delegating content needs across teams.
Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging short-form content including Reels, TikToks, stories, product features, styling videos, and behind-the-scenes content while ensuring all content aligns with Love Olive Co.’s brand voice, visual standards, and marketing priorities. Manage posting cadence, content quality control, captions, hooks, and publishing accuracy while coordinating with e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure timing, links, and product details are correct prior to launch.
Communicate and collaborate with store teams, influencers, creators, graphics, e-commerce, and marketing teams to coordinate content needs, campaign priorities, and deadlines while supporting community engagement through customer interaction across social platforms.

Smooth coordination between social media, marketing, stores, creators, and e-commerce teams

Strong content workflow organization and timely campaign execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, marketing coordination, or related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and content workflows simultaneously
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form content strategy
Experience filming and editing short-form video content
Strong written communication skills with attention to brand voice and detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail and content-driven environment
Experience with Canva, project management tools, Microsoft Suite, and content scheduling tools preferred
Bonus: Experience in fashion, retail marketing, influencer coordination, or photography
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role combines office-based planning and coordination work with hands-on content creation and collaboration. Requires regular computer work, filming content, attending meetings, coordinating with stores and creators, and occasional participation in photoshoots or promotional events. Some flexibility in schedule may occasionally be required during major events.
