This dress was exclusively made for twirling your way to the farmers market. This midi-length floral dress is covered in tiered details, flow and fabric that is equal part durable and lightweight. The puffy sleeves have a elastic at the bottom to create a ruffle effect and add extra volume. We are loving neutrals for springtime and this dress has it all. Also available in a five other colors.
