Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner.
Ensure the correct items are included in each shipment, and verify the accuracy of shipping information.
Measurement and Tagging
Measure clothing items according to established standards and guidelines.
Apply appropriate tags, labels, and size indicators to each garment.

This is a 35-hour-per-week on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located at our warehouse in the Greater Idaho Falls area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including answering customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, taking orders, processing returns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also maintain customer records and handle administrative tasks.
In addition, the representative may assist with other warehouse tasks such as tagging products and shipping orders. There are opportunities to work from home each Friday.
