Say "Hello" to a girls new best fiend; the Indiana Skirt. This floral skirt hits above the knee in length and is fully lined. There is a tiered detail with a ruffle effect halfway up the skirt. There is also an elastic waist band for a more comfortable fit. The top layer of the fabric is a little sheer but the lined fabric makes for a modest and comfortable style.
