So I followed the instructions on the page and ordered my true size, but when I got them I noticed that they're made by the company that Love Olive suggests sizing up in and they were definitely very small. I sent them back and ordered the next size up. When I got my refund it wasn't a full refund and apparently they charge $8+ dollars for shipping it back, which is fine, but I wasn't informed of that beforehand, so it came as a surprise. Well I got in the next size up and the front is still way too small and the back doesn't lay flat against any part of my ankles and is not comfortable. I'll be sending them back for good this time, though I'm now paying $16+ for shoes I didn't even get to own. Oh well. I still love Love Olive, this just didn't work out great.
