Pretty dress!

This is a well made, bright colored dress! I ordered a medium, and the way it sits on me is like a bag. I have a larger chest area (DD) 5’3 140lbs and this is part of the problem. I ordered it for engagement pictures and don’t have time to return it, so I’m having it altered at the waistline to bring it in more and remove the pockets to get rid of the parachute look.
