The sleeves fit loose with an elastic wrist band and a ruffle detail along the shoulder hem. There is a mocked neckline with an elastic material and a subtle ruffle. The material is lightweight, flowy and stretchy in the areas that need it most. Finally, there are two-toned spotted designs covering every inch of the fabric and this will be a great top to pair over your favorite black denim.
