We went to Arizona, fell in love, found a home, turned it into an airbnb in 3 weeks and here we are! Yes we are crazy but I LOVE crazy. I  am also now the proud owner of the Modern Desert Oasis tucked away in quiet neighborhood in Chandler Arizona. With ALL the questions I  have been getting on how it all went down I  thought a blog post would be best! 

FIRST I did not do this alone! I  hired my good friend who I  have worked with several times. We bounced ideas back and forth and came up with the design for this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Below you will find the links you need to freshen up your home. We tried to be as budget conscious as possible and ended up spending 20k WHICH considering it was all brand new items, I  feel we did a pretty good job! We got everything shipped to us, put it all together, decorated and now it is officially an Airbnb. You can find the listing HERE.

Now let's get to the details!! 

Family Room:

Couches I  found these at IKEA and fell in LOVE. They are the perfect color and you can remove the lining and wash them which is awesome. High Quality as well and really comfy.

Couch Pillows These are from CB2. They are BIG which I love and really comfy.  

2 Black/Wood Living Room Chairs Okay Target you did it again. When I saw these I knew they would add the perfect wood element to the room. They can also be wiped down which is nice. 

TV Console I  have gotten so many questions about this. It really is as good as it looks! Heavy duty and amazing. Wayfair has done it again. 

Plants A room isn't finished without some plants. I  love getting plants at World Market. The quality is really good. I  also found a few on Amazon which I  love as well.

Coffee Table I  found this at Target! It was so easy to put together and an awesome addition to the room. 

Mounted Shelves I  LOVE these from Amazon. I  got three of them!

Table in Between Black Chairs Also from CB2 and heavy duty!

Rug From Wayfair, and in love!

Entry Way:

Mirror THIS Mirror is amazing. I  found it on Amazon and fell in love.

Plant Found some awesome plants on Amazon. 

Lamps We found these smaller lamps on Amazon and put them in a few rooms and in the entry way. They are a great size and of course have black on them.

Coat Hook We needed a place for coats since there was not a closet so this worked perfectly. 

Dresser Love this Wayfair Dresser for our entry way!

Kitchen:

Island Pendants Changing out the pendants made a huge difference with the kitchen. We are so glad we made the change!

Faucet We wanted to change out a few silver pieces to black so we found this faucet we loved.

Barstools One of the most asked questions!! Our barstools are from Amazon and we LOVE them! 

Dining Room:

Kitchen Table The dream Table from Article! It has a leaf inside so we extended it to fit 8 chairs. I love the look and it will be easy to keep clean. 

Dining Room Chairs An Amazon find that I am so glad I found. We have these in my conference room as well and Love them so much. They are comfy and easy to clean. 

Dining Room Rug When I saw this neutral print from Wayfair It was love at first sight. I used it in the entry way as well in a smaller size. 

Plant Another World Market find! 

Bedroom # 1. We call this the wood room since the other two rooms are carpeted and this room, well isn't. HA 

Head Board For sure one of my favorite things of the house. Love the look of the slats and the color of wood.

Bedding Amazon did it again with this amazing Duvet Cover. We went to Ikea and got an insert and put this cover over top. 

Rug LOVE this rug. The colors are perfect. We love Wayfair for rugs.  

Night Stands We found these at Target. They are a great size and I love the drawer. 

Lighting We found most of our lighting from Amazon. They always have great prices and a big variety. 

Bedroom # 1... Continued.

Shelf I  love the shape of this. We found it at Target.

Plant World Market forever and always

Mirror A full Length mirror is a must. We found this one at Target. What I love is you can mount it or it comes with legs so you can have it stand on the ground. 

Bedroom # 2

Bed Frame Love this black look. Simple yet classy. I found this on Wayfair

Bedding Amazon for the win. I got the insert from Ikea and the duvet from Amazon. 

Night stands I love the wood, glass and metal look to these. I found them on Amazon

Lights Another Amazon find. Again, I love lights on Amazon! 

Plant This plant was from amazon. Just as good as World Market 

Rug Its hard to see in this picture but it is a black and white rug and its a great quality. 

Bedroom #3 MASTER

Head Board This is from Walmart and the quality is great. 

Bed Frame We found this on Amazon 

Night Stands We found these at Wayfar and we love them. They are solid and look great.

Lighting Amazon, of course!

Bedding This bedding is similar to the others and I love the duvet set.

Art I  found this picture on amazon and got frames at Ikea!

Bench I love this bench and will go with so many things! We found it on Amazon 

Back Yard

Egg Hanging Seat This is from Target and is my favorite ever. I  sit outside all the time in the evening in it and it is comfortable and so cute. 

Patio Furniture This is also came with with the able which was awesome. The set is from Target. 

Rug We found this outdoor in door rug at Wayfair and it worked great in this space.
